Set up as a recurring charge once each month. Credit or Debit card must be on file with us in our booking program.  Credits expire at the end of each month and new credits issued on the 1st of each month.  6 month minimum with ability to pause for up to 3 months per cycle.  Membership credits are shareable with family EXCEPT Unlimited Monthly.  Unlimited Monthly memberships are available for single person use and no sharing of credits is allowed.
